Challenge

Xplor needed comprehensive developer documentation for the Pay Voyager platform, covering merchant onboarding, payment workflows, webhook events, and compliance requirements. The documentation needed to serve developers integrating with payment APIs while maintaining accuracy across rapidly evolving financial regulations.

Approach

  1. Developer Center Restructuring: Reorganized the development center documentation to improve discoverability and developer experience.
  2. API Documentation: Authored and maintained API documentation, integration guides, and operational procedures using GitBook and Confluence.
  3. Payment Workflow Coverage: Documented processes including bank statement verification, virtual terminal transaction voids, webhook events, and payment lifecycle management.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to translate complex workflows into developer-friendly content.
